Nicolas Soulé
An engineer from a French ENSI and a senior executive, Nicolas Soulé has delivered structuring and lasting solutions (2009 crisis: an idea, a solution, a result); he has led complex international projects in support of international groups, Kuwait, Indonesia. Present in Gabon for 14 years, he was director of the IBOGA project on biometrics applied to civil registry and elections (AMOA, biometric civil registry), and director of a services company in Port-Gentil. He carries out studies on the Gabonese oil and gas market for the World Bank. He develops his expertise in support of local companies and international groups (KCA DEUTAG, Egyptian Drilling Company, CAROIL, DIXSTONE…).
He acts as a facilitator for international companies, a partner offering a structured and independent local perspective: understanding how a rule actually applies, identifying concrete risks, spotting missing documents, helping to decide quickly and with quality. He knows which problem truly deserves to be raised in order to bring about a change, a correction or a solution. He facilitates and strengthens your presence while reducing your risks. He removes real bottlenecks through his physical presence and his knowledge, respecting ethics, international standards and the law.
